ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We are not fully there yet, so this page lists what we know is wrong and what we are doing about it.
Our target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across diigoo.com.
Current status: partial conformance
We commissioned an audit of this site in October 2026. It is partially conformant: most of the site meets the standard, but the issues below do not. We would rather publish them than claim a conformance we have not earned.
Known issues
- Navigation menus open on hover - the Services, Industries, Insights and Company menus are difficult to open with a keyboard alone.
- No skip link - keyboard users must pass through the whole navigation on each page.
- Mobile menu focus handling - focus is not trapped inside the open mobile menu, and collapsed items can still receive focus.
- Low-contrast small text - some secondary text at 10.5-11px falls below the 4.5:1 contrast minimum.
- Animation - the animated hero on the home page does not yet respect the "reduced motion" setting and cannot be paused.
- Form fields - contact form inputs lack autocomplete hints and have low-contrast borders.
What we are doing
These are being worked through in priority order, starting with keyboard navigation, the skip link and reduced-motion support. We will update this page as each is fixed.
